HNFNU Offers On-Campus COVID-19 Vaccinations for Faculty and Students

Recently, HNFNU partnered with community health service centres to provide its faculty and students with free COVID-19 vaccination clinics on the Chengnan Campus and the Dongfanghong Campus.

HNFNU specially drew up a work scheme and set up a leading group for the vaccination program. Relevant colleges and departments collaborated to coordinate the personnel, provide logistic services, arrange the sites, maintain order, secure network access, and collect data. On the Dongfanghong Campus, the temporary vaccination clinic was subdivided into zones for temperature measurement, inquiry, vaccination, observation, and emergency cases, where instruction signs were placed. All the measures ensured that the whole process of vaccination was an one-way flow, which contributed to the success of it.

By 8 pm Tuesday, a total of 14,872 HNFNU students and employees had received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccines. The second dose is expected in mid-June.
