HFNU Students Win Awards in Changsha College Student Internet Speech Contest

According to Notice on Organizing Educational Activities in 90th Anniversary of the Founding of PLA, issued by 10 departments like CPD(Central Propaganda Department), NDEO(National Defense Education Office)and MOE (Ministry of Education), and the annual work arrangements, Hunan province organized the Internet Speech Contest with the theme "Our Love for National Defense ", so as to promote the education about the national defense into the college and university, with  an academic atmosphere in caring about ,loving, constructing and guarding the national defense cultivated.

HFNU actively mobilizes and organizes students to participate in the contest. According to the recommendations from college and experts, six representative works were chosen to enter into the competition. Finally HFNU won the Best Organization Award. Wang Wenquan, from the School of Mathematics and Computational Sciences, won the 2nd prize. Xu Hong and Shenyang, from the School of Literature and Journalism , won the 3rd place respectively.
