The Students Association Union of HNFNU was founded in 2007, featuring the development, management and service of college students. It has five offices, running 42 associations and The Alumni Association of HNFNU.

The 42 associations are classified into 4 types, the arts ones, the scientific ones, the sports ones and the service ones. The 12 arts associations include Guitar Association, Street Dance Association, Xin Miao Plays Association, to name a few. The 14 scientific ones have The Literature Association, The Mandarin Association and The English Language Association as the typical ones. The 7 sports ones feature sports like Ping-Pong, football, badminton, basketball. And the number of the service associations stands at 9, with Free Teaching Association, Starting-up Association and Photography Association as the members.
