On the afternoon of September 29th, the third-term forum for principals of our university's affiliated primary schools held in Jinqiao elememtary school ends, and the director of basic education development Ou Lixin presides it. Chen Mengxi, the director of the center for teaching development, several associate deans and managers of the elementary schools attend the forum.
Zhao Hua, the principal of Jinqiao Primary School addresses a speech, shares her thoughts and experiences in different aspects and emphasizes the importance of the culture, teachers and student's curriculum arrangement of a school. Then, the principals discussed profoundly on how to change the aim of a school from management into developing education.
In the expert comment section, Chen Mengxi, speaks highly of Zhao Hua's idea of "free growth". Also, all of our school heads give full credits to the principals who addressed a speech and appreciate their exploration in school management, expressing strong desire for farther cooperations with them.
In the end Ou points out that this forum aims to offer a communicative platform for promoting the co-development of elementary schools and improve HNFNU students' quality.
