From June 19th to 23th, Li Nanyu, professor of College of Extended Education with teachers and students from Hong Kong Baptist University, which was a total of 8, came to HFNU for an exchange. Principal Tong Xiaojiao of HFNU, some teachers responsible and student volunteers met with them.
Hong Kong Baptist University is a friendly school of HFNU and this is the first time it has sent students to come to HFNU for an exchange.
The students of delegation are Early Childhood Education majors. Aimed at learning about some Early Childhood Education institutions in Hunan, they attended some lectures concerned, exposing themselves to the charm of Huxiang culture. Teachers and students of HFNU arranged a lecture related to Positive Psychology and Children's Family Education and three kindergartens as well as two primary schools for studying and observing. When visiting early childhood basic education institutions, the visiting students showed great interest. They thought they could learn from mainland in order to solve the current problems in Hong Kong.
During the visit, the delegation visited Orange Island, Yuelu Academy and other famous tourist spots, where they are much impressed by Huxiang Culture. They thought they leaned a lot from the visiting and this is an significant exchange.
