HFNU Delegation Attended the 2017 CEOT

From December 19th to 21st, HFNU attended the 2017 Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents & the 19th Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology. CEOT is now the largest, widest and the most influential platform set for high-level overseas talents exchanges in China. Intelligence collection, innovation and win-win cooperation are conceived as the aims of CETO, facing the domestic and the overseas and serving the whole China as the theme. There were 2000 projects and over 10000 posts offered by the participating units/entities, which attracted over 3000 overseas talents from all over the world including 60% with a doctor degree. All provinces( include autonomous regions and municipalities), Hong Kong and Macau all had their delegations at the convention. The delegation of our university was led by vice-president Liu Hongxiang, together with the heads of Human Resource Office of HFUN, School of Educational Sciences and School of Arts and Design.

At the convention, HFNU mainly presented recent achievements and the preferential policies of recruiting overseas doctors. The overseas Chinese scholars were highly interested in the profound cultural background and distinct education characteristics of education, expressing their desires to join HFNU.

Huang Zanjia, the Deputy Director of Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hunan , together with the heads of Department of Professional Technology also came to the stand of HFNU, knew the introduction about the building of teaching staff and spoke highly of the measures of recruiting high-quality talents and the achievements of the building of talent teams.

During the convention, the recruiting team of HFNU visited the stands of College of Educational Sciences and College of Psychological Sciences of SCNU( South China Normal University) and Arts College of Jinan University communicated with some doctor supervisors and doctor graduates and implemented targeted recruitment.
