The 9th Micro Film Art Festival and DV Exhibition Ended Successfully in School of Literature and Journalism

On the evening of December 21st, the 9th Micro Film Art Festival and DV Exhibition of School of Literature and Journalism was held in South Block of Yu Heng Building, 101 classroom.

This festival aimed at carrying forward core socialist values and transferring positive energy by a popular way of showing the original micro films and short videos. These works recorded the process of students’ growth and performed the youthful enthusiasm and thoughts of contemporary college students. Unlike situations in the past, this year’s festival was co-hosted by 2015 session radio class1 and internet medium class1. Based on keeping traditional feature, this festival weeded through the old and brought forth the new, making full use of the characteristics of internet and medium major. It could be pushed to a new height with the promotion and popularization of new mediums tools.  

This festival showed us the excellence of majors like broadcasting, the Internet and new media, helped to cultivate qualified media people, enriched students’ spare time and reflected our students’ spirits.
