Foreign Language College Holds 1st Award Ceremony of Walter Education Funds

On November 28, the Foreign Language College held the first Walter Education Funds ceremony in the studio of science and technology building.

Lin Guangming,the Secretary of General Party Branch of Foreign Language College, delivers a speech which points out that the establishment of Walter Education Funds not only reflects the high sense of social responsibility of Walter Education enterprise, but also shows the enterprise spirit of concerning education and cooperation between university and enterprise .The cooperation between university and enterprise is a “Win-win ” model.It focuses on school learning and enterprise practice , concentrating on the resources of university and enterprises and shared information . The HFNU has been known as the Millennium Academy,Centennial Normal. Lin declares that the Foreign Language College will remain true to its original aspiration and keep its mission firmly in mind to cultivate more talented people for the country .

Liu Xiangqing ,the President of Foreign Language College, reads out the roll of the Walter Education Funds.  Leaders from both Walter Education enterprise and Foreign Language College award the prizes for 24 students. The representative of awarding-winning student makes a speech.

Wang Haoping, the president of Walter Education,  says that the foundation of the Walter Education Funds has been formed during the cooperation with HFNU in recent years. He got an idea of bringing kindness into colleges and integrating it into college culture . He hopes that the students should keep on moving and be a man who has a sense of mission and kindness to reciprocate the university and the society with his excellent academic performance.
