On October 21st, the Hunan regional interview and selection activity of CCTV Chinese Poetry Conference (Season3) was held in Chengnan Academy. This activity is hosted by Hunan Language committee and Education department, and it is organized by Hunan Language Training Test Center and HNFNU. More than 300 people from the universities, high schools, elementary schools as well as people applying on the Internet participate in the activity.
After a series of preliminary selections, two teachers and six students represent HNFNU to participate in the competition. They not only showed the beauty of poetry to the judges, but also the noble souls of the poetic words and the spirit of the contemporary Chinese. In particular, Fu Xin, who is from the School of Literature and Journalism, receives unanimous praise from the judges due to her exceptional performance and is interviewed by CCTV’s reporters.
It is reported that candidates selected from this activity will take part in the program of CCTV's Chinese Poetry Conference (Season 3), which is scheduled to air during the Spring Festival of 2018.
