HNFNU Hold Xi Xin Scholarship signing ceremony

In the morning of December 12th, the Xi Xin Scholarship signing ceremony was held at the office building’s meeting room in Dong Fanghong campus.

He Qixiong, the deputy director of ethnic and religious affairs commission of Hunan province, Fan Juqiu and Huang Peiying, the vice presidents of Xi Xinchan Temple Charitable Foundation in Changsha, Hunan province, Peng Xiaoqi, the party secretary in HNFNU and chairman of the Education Foundation, Liu Hongxiang and LiuYu, the vice presidents of HNFNU attended the ceremony.

Vice president Liu Yu hosted the ceremony. Vice president Liu Hongxiang gave a speech. On behalf of 20000 faculty and students, he warmly welcomed Mr. He Qixiong and his delegation. Vice president Liu Hongxiang said, in order to support poor students to graduate from school, the Xi Xin Foundation planned to donate 120,000 yuan per year in 5 years. Establishing the Xi Xin scholarship in our school fully embodies the the benevolent spirit of Xi Xin Foundation's love for poor students and leading charity fashion.

Mrs. Fan Juqiu and Mr. He Qixiong, both gave speeches. They illustrated the charitable purpose of the Xi Xin Temple Charity Foundation. They expressed respect for Chairman Mao’s alma mater and showed care towards the excellent poor students. Mr. Peng Xiaoqi and Mrs. Huang Peiying signed on behalf of both sides. Mrs. Fan Juqiu donates the first item Xi Xin Scholarship to the Peng Xiaoqi. The donation ceremony was successful.

Together with 20 student representatives financed by the foundation, Zhong Yang, the director professor of national religious groups Service Center in Hunan province, Gu Jingxi, the head, Yang Lijuan and Yang Suixi, the Deputy Secretary-General of Xi Xin Temple Charity Foundation in Changsha, Hunan province, Tan Equan, the office Director, Chen Zhiwu,the Director of student and work place, Ouyang Lingli and Wu Tao, the Deputy Director, Deng Zhaohui, the secretary-general of the foundation attended the signing ceremony.
