Zhou Gucheng

Zhou Gucheng(1898-1996), a Chinese historian, was born in Yiyang, Hunan. From the summer of 1921 to the summer of 1927, he was an English teacher in Hunan First Normal School. From 1922 to 1923, he was dean of studies and discipline. [See page 242 ofCihai(1999 compact edition) for more details].
