Zhou Gengsheng

Zhou Gengsheng(1889-1971), whose former name was Zhou Lan, came from Changsha, Hunan. He was an international jurist in China. From the spring of 1903 to the spring of 1906, Zhou Gengsheng pursued his studies in Hunan First Normal School. [See page 243 ofCiHai(1999 compact edition ) for more details]
