Specialty of Chinese Language and Literature was approved as provincial characterized specialty in General Institutions of Higher Education of Hunan Province, in 2011. Its specialty in school-running is summarized as “one body with two wings” to develop students’ humanistic feelings. “one body with two wings” refers to the goal of cultivating primary Chinese teachers of high quality through developing students’ comprehensive quality and teaching skills.
