On June 13th, 2017, the preliminary contest the professional disciplines in the tourism management major was organized by Practice Department of Youth General Branch at the Practice Building.
The preliminary contest was divided into presentations and oral defense. First, the competitors gave presentation and planning cases to show their thoughts and plans of relative tourist spots production. For instance, the team represented by Li Duo, whose works were based on the tourist spot HFNU and they designed a publicity project of educational and cultural tourism with the theme ofMao Runzhi(Mao Zedong)Tour. Based on the spot characteristics, the idea of relative online and offline tourism activities were proposed.
During the process of oral defense, the judges pointed out the deficiency of each team, asked about the related way of promoting Internet plus and scored. Finally, the instructor Deng Wenjuan made a summary of the preliminary contest. She praised competitors’ serious attitude and also suggested they pay more attention to the organization and emphasize the key point. After the comprehensive evaluation and teachers' discussion, the result will be announced recently.
This contest developed the competitors' innovation and planning ability and helped them realize and correct their deficiency through the communication.
