To make College students have a better understanding about the related matters of research program and their scientific research enthusiasm, School of Foreign Languages holds lecture on innovative project for undergraduates successfully on the evening of March 21st.The lecture is given by Kang Xiang, the associate dean of Foreign Languages.
On the evening of March 21th, theLecture on Innovative Projects for Undergraduates was held in the School of Foreign Languages, in orderto make College students have a better understanding about the related matters of research program and raise their enthusiasm to the scientific research. The lecture was given by Kang Xiangying, the Vice-president of the School of Foreign Languages.
At the beginning of the lecture, Professor Kang Xiangying went straight to the topic of the lecture by making the example - why do students often make oral mistakes when they understand grammar rules? And then, Professor Kang focued on the Children’s Second Language Acquisition Theory, expounding the difference between “Learning” and “Acquisition”, and emphasizes teachers should try their best to create the best “Acquisition” environment for students. Every student listened to the lecture and took notes attentively. There were frequent rounds of warm applause at the scene. In the lecture, Professor Kang advised students to choose their direction of the research that they were interested in, determine a topic and search for the relevant information.
