Selection of Man of the Year Held in the Association of Student Clubs in HFNU

The final contest was successfully held in the Student Activity Center at 7:00pm on 2^ndMay .Members of Group Commission, cadres of the Association of Student Clubs and all presidents of associations in HFNU were invited to participate in the final election. There were 70 participants, including 45 judges.

During the finals, all nine candidates dressed in formal clothes and delivered a 5-minute campaign speech with PPT. Their confidence, diligence and independence all showed the active and cheerful spirit of all students in HFNU. During the selection test, judges all gave a fair marking to every candidate.

MiWenqi, the 10^thpresident of the Association of Student Clubs in HFNU, fully affirmed the candidates’ hard work within this year, and emphasized that the Association of Student Clubs and all clubs were a big family. Afterwards, through the result of early online voting and extempore score statistics, Yan Wenjie, the president of Baseball Club, Jiang Qi, the president of Calligraphy Association, and Su Yun, the president of Minority Language Association finally won the prize.

This selection activity practiced the Chinese characteristic socialism theory for the new era of President Xi Jingping. It not only discovered the potential of the excellent students from all clubs, but also set a good example for all members of clubs. We believe that the Association of Student Clubs and all clubs in HFNU will be getting better and better in the future.
